The ITES-2S contract vehicle is a means to provide the full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army and Department of
Defense to satisfy any IT requirement. These end-to-end IT solutions can satisfy worldwide operations, maintenance, and sustainment
requirements as well as analyze requirements, develop and implement solutions, and operate/maintain current systems and equipment.
The intent is to establish a scope that is broad, sufficiently flexible to satisfy requirements that may change over the period of
performance, and remain fully comprehensive so as to embrace the full complement of
services that relate to IT.
